We first approached DPS as a potential provider for IT services before our new firm was created and right from the outset they have gone above and beyond to assist us. They worked tirelessly with the provider of our DMS to ensure this could be rolled out to us with no issues. We’ve expanded rapidly and DPS have been with us each step of the way, not only assisting when asked but making suggestions for ways of working that will help us on a day-to-day basis. I have personally found the way that DPS explain the technical aspects easy to understand, which was a great help when deciding what we needed for a start-up firm.
Whenever there has been a problem, we’ve contacted DPS through the support desk and any issues have been dealt with promptly. For any issues that have taken a bit more time to resolve (of which there have not many), we’ve been kept in the loop with progress so we know DPS are working in the background to resolve such problems. I have always found DPS to be professional and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate in recommending DPS.
Just wanted to say thanks for the upgrade work that you completed last week for us. The laptops are working really well and I’ve got to say that the experience is a real improvement. Thanks also for suggesting and implementing the SSD upgrade – the laptops are so much faster now!
